Prefer help planning your trip? Work with our Ecuadorian partners

Finding the right guide—and figuring out how everything fits together—takes time, back-and-forth, and local knowledge.

If this part of trip planning feels like a time sink, we can take it off your plate.

How this works

We connect you with trusted Ecuadorian partners who can design and coordinate your trip based on your interests, travel style, and timeline.

Some of these partners are owner-operated by experienced guides, while others work with a network of trusted guides in their regions. In both cases, they handle the logistics, planning, and on-the-ground coordination.

Our planning fee

We offer this as a paid planning service.

A $100 planning fee is required upfront and is applied toward your final itinerary if you choose to book with one of our partners.

This allows us to dedicate time to your trip and ensures we’re working with travelers who are ready to move forward.

A note on how we are compensated

When you book through one of our partners, we earn a small commission as part of that arrangement. Bookings and payments are handled directly through the partner, typically via the WeTravel platform.

If any issues arise, we’re available to help facilitate communication and support a smooth experience.

How this differs from the guide directory

The guide directory is designed for travelers who prefer to connect directly with guides and handle their own planning.

This service is for those who would rather have support in finding the right fit and coordinating the details.
